I don't know about you but I LOVE a freshly sharpened pencil!
Well last Friday I sent my youngest off to the 3rd grade and today my oldest begins the first day of her senior year of college.
WHAT?
How does that even happen? In the blink of an eye, that's how.
3rd grade has started off great. Anna Blake loves her teachers and she has already received multiple "good behavior" awards. She told me last night that her goal was to be Student of the Month. At the rate she is going, I don't think she will have any problems achieving that goal.
Friday morning we were up bright and early so that we had plenty of time for making lunch, eating breakfast and fixing hair. My goal was to be out of the house by 7:30 and we MADE it!
Yay us!

Waiting in the drop off line at Elementary School. Traffic was a bear the first day. Thankfully it has already gotten better.
Looks like she is all ready to go, school supplies in hand.
